Dry Needling Add-on

Description

Dry needling is a manual therapy technique using thin, solid filament needles inserted into soft tissue, including trigger points, muscle bands, tendons, or ligaments, with the goal of reducing restriction, decreasing tension, and supporting the body’s natural ability to restore motion. Dry needling is not acupuncture or Traditional Chinese Medicine. It does not claim to treat medical conditions, alter Qi/energy meridians, or replace medical diagnosis or care. It is used to support the body’s mechanics, decrease restriction, and improve movement-related discomfort.
